If you wish to change the purchased product to a different model, please indicate the new model number and a copy of your online order receipt in the package you are returning. Please also include the telephone number you can reach during office hours and indicate the change of address to send the shipment to (if any).
We will accept the return of any item purchased on our website provided that:
– it has not been altered or damaged in any way;
– the online order receipt is included;
– it is returned within 15 days of receipt of the order.
